jectives of the consultancy:

The objectives of the consultancy are:

(i) Increase access to and improve basic water and sanitation services in Quibdó and Buenaventura.

(ii) Promote access to reliable, efficient, and sustainable electricity services for the population of the Colombian Pacific region, including the promotion of sustainable energy solutions that reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

Name of the services to be contracted:

"Provide technical, administrative, financial, legal, environmental, and social oversight services for the project 'Construction of the necessary works for the completion of the rehabilitation of the 27' conduit line in the Buenaventura District.'"

Estimated budget:

The estimated budget for the works to be executed and subject to oversight is twenty-nine billion Colombian Pesos M/CTE ($29,000,000,000).

Requirements for interested consulting firms or APCAs:

• Requirement 1: Attach a written and signed document by the legal representative of the consulting firm or APCA indicating their interest in this process. APCAs must specify the designated consulting firm as their representative.

• Requirement 2: Attach a brief presentation or brochure of the consulting firm or each of the consulting firms that form the APCA.

• Requirement 3: Complete the Excel table "EXPERIENCE LIST," providing information on the respective firm or firms in association and detailing experience in contracts completed in the last fifteen (15) years, related to:

1. Technical, administrative, financial, legal, environmental, and social oversight in the construction of components of water supply systems that include activities of new construction or optimization or replacement or hydraulic rehabilitation of networks with diameters greater than or equal to 24” and a length greater than 1000 meters*.
2. Technical, administrative, financial, legal, environmental, and social oversight in the construction and installation of metal structures and/or hanging structures for pipe support (viaducts) with diameters greater than or equal to 24” and a length greater than 40 meters*.
