The specific objective of this consultancy is to contribute to the reduction of the level of crimes with violence in the state of Ceará. The specific objectives are: (i) to promote the quality of violence prevention services focused on youth and vulnerable groups in the prioritized municipalities; (ii) increase police prevention and investigation capacity in the city of Fortaleza; and (iii) improve the quality of AI rehabilitation services.
