Description
The objectives of the consultancy are: (i) improvement of the management model and the human resources structure; (ii) increase of the interoperability capacities and the use of information and communication technologies; (iii) strengthening of simultaneous, performance and risk and corruption prevention auditing and control capabilities; and (iv) improvement of the infrastructure for control services.
Description of services:
The consulting services (“the Services”) for which the most qualified consulting firm will be invited to submit proposals include: preparation of the design (technical file) and construction of the work, equipment and furniture of the Regional Control Management of Huánuco, with the use of the BIM methodology, where they will concentrate comprehensive and articulated manner all the processes associated with the services provided by the Regional Control Management Huánuco.
