Description
The objective of the consultancy is to support the improvement of labor migration management in Ecuador. The specific objective is to contribute to the strengthening of the Public Employment Service in the management of labor migration by strengthening its management by improving human resources management and the design of services.
Description of services: [(i) identify the needs and opportunities for improvement of the digital portal of the Public Employment Service in Ecuador, Find Employment (EE), to support the orientation, connection, training, certification of labor skills and labor inclusion of people in situations of human mobility and circular migration; (ii) develop complementary web content especially aimed at improving the prospects for socio-economic insertion of the foreign population in Ecuador, the returning population or the Ecuadorian population in other destination countries in temporary circular migration jobs; iii) provide technical and technological recommendations that serve as input for the process of redesign and relaunch of the digital platform of the Public Employment Service in Ecuador to improve the quality of care for the population in situations of human mobility and circular migration.
