Description
The IDB intends to contract consulting services for the development of a digitalization strategy for contractual management for the Salto Grande Hydroelectric Complex (Uruguay/Argentina)
The objective of the consultancy is to evaluate the current state of the digitalization of the CHSG and propose a digitalization strategy with a first pilot focused on the contract management process. With digitalization, it is expected to mitigate risks of process execution, cybersecurity, reduce costs, improve results, increase efficiency, and optimize the management of time and financial resources. The estimated time for the execution of the services is four (4) months.
