Description
The objective of this consultancy is to support Guyana Power and Light (GPL) to develop its ERM Framework, by identifying, analyzing, evaluating, monitoring, and communicating risks across the organization, aligned with its corporate objectives.
The scope of the services include:
- Identify GPL´s internal and external risks: The consultant will support the identification of internal and external threats and opportunities that create uncertainty and that may affect GPL´s business outcomes.
- Establish a risk assessment methodology for the GPL’s identified risks.
- Design the control environment for risk response.
- Present a strategy for the ERM implementation and the optimization of GPL´s response to corporate risk.
