Description
The consulting services ("the Services") include supporting the strategy for the development and penetration of renewable heat-cold thermal technologies, which requires a quantitative estimate of the use of electricity in the generation of heat and cold, its potential for growth and its impact on the demand profile and the electrical infrastructure, with and without thermal storage systems, as well as the estimation of the reduction of local pollutants (NOx, SO2, MP) in the industrial sector by sub-segment (mining, cellulose , food, etc.). The estimated term to start this service is the 2nd quarter of 2022.
Eligible consulting firms may partner as a joint venture or in a sub-consulting arrangement to enhance their qualifications. Said association or joint venture will appoint one of the firms as a representative.
