Description
The consulting services include a review of the institutional legal framework, the organizational structure and the critical processes linked to the management of projects subject to financing from the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as a proposal for improvement. The estimated term for the performance of these services is the second quarter of 2022.
Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services (brochures, description of similar jobs, experience in similar conditions, availability of personnel with relevant knowledge, etc.). Eligible consulting firms may partner as a joint venture or in a sub-consulting arrangement to enhance their qualifications. Said association or joint venture will appoint one of the firms as a representative.
