Description
This project consists of consulting services for the development of an evaluation methodology to measure the impact of innovation projects on climate action in the public calls of SENACYT and for the Design of instruments for green innovation.
These consulting services include:
a) Preparing the schedule, methodology, and work plan of the initiative.
b) Developing an evaluation methodology to measure the potential impact of innovation projects on climate action: The methodology must guide the process of launching, evaluating, awarding and executing the calls prepared by SENACYT.
c) Defining the country's sectoral challenges to inform the design of green innovation instruments.
d) Designing instruments for green innovation and accompanying activities for calls for green research, development and innovation projects.
Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services (brochures, description of similar jobs, experience in similar conditions, availability of personnel with relevant knowledge, etc.). Eligible consulting firms may partner as a joint venture or in a sub-consulting arrangement to enhance their qualifications. Said association or joint venture will appoint one of the firms as a representative.
