For the creation of the Laboratory Service in Biotechnologies for South American Camelids at the CIP La Raya of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano - Puno, District of Santa Rosa - Prov. of Melgar, the qualification requirements include:
- Minimum accumulated billing of S/. 90'000,000.00 in general works in the last ten (10) years (2010-2019).
- To have executed at least one (1) similar work in the last ten (10) years (2010 to 2019), for an equivalent amount of at least S/. 43'110,000,000.00 or two (2) similar works in the period 2010 to 2019 that added together amount to S/. 43'110,000,000.00, being each work not less than S/. 21'000,000.00.
