Description
New Application Development Services Specific to Business Areas and Enhancements to Existing Applications are required to be contracted.
Qualification requirements include key technical, financial, legal and other requirements. No Margin of Preference will be awarded to eligible domestic contractors.
Bids must be received at the address below no later than 2:30 PM local time on September 10, 2021. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
