Plures.org is a company aimed at empowering young people with employment and skills by giving them a chance to engage in various projects. So far these projects have varied from renewable energy installations across various locations in the country, ICT solutions for small to medium companies ranging from CCTV installations, website development and maintenance. Of late we are considering venturing into providing small to medium enterprises with modern technologies such as AI and machine learning to cater for the growing needs of business and to fully utilize the skills being taught in educational institutions around the country. Plures.org is for the youth by the youth because most of the small to medium enterprises are owned by the youth hence the need for the youth to support each other in these businesses by offering each other exchange of value in terms of skillset, conveniently, so as to aid growth and productivity of the individual companies which are a major driver of the economy. We aim to provide services by the youth who are skilled but are unemployed, usually due to lack of chance of showcasing their talent. We aim to provide employment to the youth by involving them in varying size of projects, in some cases leading them to start companies of their own thus reducing the employment deficit in the country.
