The Bid includes three (3) lots according to the following detail:
Lot 1:transformers, autotransformers, primary equipment Ais and Gis related services and supervision of assembly and tests.
Substations expansion: Taday, Durán, Posorja, Esmeraldas, Locks and Salitral.
The referential value of this lot is: USD27'059,110.94 (twenty-seven million fifty-nine thousand one hundred and ten with 94/100 dollars of the United States of America), without Value Added Tax (VAT).
Lot 2: Supervision, control, protection and measurement boards, telecommunications equipment, auxiliary services, automatic disturbance recorders, phasor measurement units, related services, assembly and test supervision, and equipment parameterization.
Substations expansion: Taday, Durán, Posorja, Esmeraldas, Locks and Salitral.
The referential value of this lot is: USD6'727,409.35 (Six million seven hundred twenty-seven thousand four hundred nine with 35/100 dollars of the United States of America), without Value Added Tax (VAT).
Lot 3: insulators and fittings, substation extensions and related services.
Substations expansion: Taday, Durán, Posorja, Esmeraldas, Locks and Salitral.
The referential value of this lot is: USD 872,273.10 (Eight hundred seventy-two thousand two hundred seventy-three with 10/100 United States dollars), without Value Added Tax (VAT).
Qualification requirements include:
a. Financial capacity: Debt Indicator, Profitability Indicator and Financial Resources.
b. Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence that demonstrates compliance with the experience requirements in sales of goods of similar categories for each batch of this tender.
