Description
The Supplier who is awarded the contract will be required to provide a performance surety by way of a Bank or accredited Insurance Company whose liability shall be not less than ten percent of the contract price.
Interested Bidders will be invited to a pre-bid conference which is to be held on September 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Barbados Time at the address given below. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Petroleum Corporation’s Project Execution Unit; Kim Best, Project Manager: pmo@npc.com.bb and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Barbados Time, except on weekends and public holidays).

Samples must be received with the submissions of bids, which is October 20, 2020. Bidders that do not submit their samples by the deadline date, will be deemed non-compliant and their bid will be rejected.
