Description
Component 3: Strengthening of technical capacities of local and regional actors for the structuring and implementation of subprojects.
This component will include three lines of action: (i) generation of technical capacities in project structuring; (ii) structuring of productive projects; and (iii) development of complementary technical studies for projects in Components 1 and 2.
This consultancy is part of Component 3, and its purpose is to supervise the Structuring Rosters of the projects that will carry out this process from the profiles that were eligible and prioritized by the Evaluation Rosters and were validated by the Operational Technical Committee and ratified by the Steering Committee in the SOUTH ZONE. The cycle of calls will be carried out in four stages: Stage 1. Call for project profiles and review of minimum requirements, Stage 2. Evaluation of project profiles; Stage 3. Project Structuring and Stage 4. Project financing and execution.
