Description

The qualification requirements include:

Financial capacity: The Bidder must demonstrate in each of the last five years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) that it has had sales for an amount of at least 1.0 times the value of its proposal for this tender; for which you must provide documented evidence:

• For national bidders: Audited Financial Statements or the Financial Statements presented to SUNAT with their due proof of presentation and payment (PDT of the Sworn Declaration of payment of the Annual Income Tax for the fiscal years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 ) or canceled invoices accompanied by their proof of compliance without having incurred a penalty in those years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019).
• For foreign bidders: Audited Financial Statements or Financial Statements presented to the competent tax authority of your country with their due proof or canceled invoices accompanied by their proof of compliance without having incurred a penalty in said years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019).

Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following experience requirements:

• Have sold at least 100% of the accumulated value of your proposal in the last 05 years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 or counted from the deadline for submission of offers).

Key Personnel: The Bidder must provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following experience requirements.

• The professional personnel responsible for the installation must be: Mechanical engineer, electrical and / or electronic mechanic; collegiate and empowered by elCIP. Accredit a minimum experience of two (2) years in similar work involving the conditioning of equipment and / or air conditioning and / or refrigeration systems. The contractor must provide at least for the assembly of the equipment - 3 mechanical technicians - 2 weld technicians or approved welders - 1 electrical technician - 1 supervisor. Accredit a minimum experience of two (2) years in similar work involving the conditioning of equipment and / or air conditioning and / or refrigeration systems.
