The Consulting services ("the services") include: Provide assistance in technical, procurement, socio-environmental, administrative and financial aspects, with the resources of the Program, and thus improve the Technical Capacity in project management to improve technical capacity operational management of the planning area of the CIV and the DGC in the execution of this program, based on the technical specifications, budget and pre-established execution time. The service delivery time is estimated at five (5) years.
