Description
- Conduct the conclusive analysis of the technical-legal context on ITP IP protection
- Explore possible ITP IP infringements in relevant industry sectors and IP management
- Carry out the prospective for a certain number of CITE, selected under a framework of criteria defined by the consultant
- Do the technical-legal Due Diligence of the ITP IP portfolio in order to determine conditions, risks and technological maturity
- Define potential markets for ITP creations
- Carry out basic market studies for the initiation and strategic management of PCT applications (Patent Cooperation Treaty)
- Submit the international and / or national phase of the PCT-type applications determined in the previous point
- Build a valued ITP asset portfolio
- Prepare a list of potential strategic partners for the transfer and possible licensees of ITP technology
