Description
Academic credentials
- Professional degree or equivalent academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
- It will be positively evaluated that the applicant has courses and postgraduate courses in related subjects.
General Experience
- At least 10 (ten) years of work experience in the management of technology projects in the role of Project Manager or Director.
Specific Experience
- Of those 5 (five) years of, experience in management roles in consulting projects for modernization or digital transformation of the public or private sector that involve processes of implementation of Information Technologies, in particular, ERP and COTS type products.
- Must have participated in at least two technology projects (COTS), of great importance in the public or private sector, in managerial roles.
- Projects must be related to the area of finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, or income.
- To be considered, the projects must have been of a duration of at least 1 year and an investment amount of at least US $ 1,000,000.
Certifications
- It is desirable that the applicant have courses and/or certifications (PMP, or equivalent) in project management.
- It is desirable that the applicant have certifications or courses in Digital Transformation.
