The consulting services include the design and deployment component of the Electronic Single Window for Trade program inter alia, for the implementation of a “Design – Build – Operate – Transfer” system which focuses on Business Process Reengineering; the development of Licenses, certificates and permits modules; inter-agency goods declaration modules, and an Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) over a proposed two (2) year duration followed by a further two (2) post-implementation years for maintenance services.
