GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Organize the MNC population process through the functional areas grouping and prioritization in value chains that guarantee relevance and legitimacy, speed and breadth of population and due portability.
TASKS TO DO:
1. Identification, collection, analysis and systematization of secondary sources related to value chains and sectorization in the country.
2. Interviews with key actors.
3. Criteria review and specification to identify the value chains and the functional areas included in each value chain.
4. Characterize each value chain.
5. Prioritize value chains based on criteria.
