Description
The consulting services, (“the services”) focus on the Regional Comprehensive Risk Management System, for which a Consulting Company with proven experience is required to:
(i) Have a system (SGIRR) that complies with the technical specifications and interoperates directly with the PDCC and on demand, with the national systems of the institutions linked to the PDCC in the 6 countries of the region,
(ii) Accompany and support institutions in creating mechanisms and methodologies to guarantee correct risk management at the regional level and
(iii) Develop the necessary and indispensable computer tools for comprehensive regional risk management.
The estimated amount for the consultancy is US $ 800,000.00 (eight hundred thousand US dollars) and the service is estimated over a period of 9 months that includes the stages described below:
1. Analysis and Identification Phase: Preconditions, risk management in related institutions, functional analysis of the System.
2. SGIRR Technical Design.
3. Development of functional components of the SGIRR.
4. Implementation and Commissioning. Final tests.
5. Training and Knowledge Transfer associated with the SGIRR.
