Description
The qualification requirements include: (a) Financial capacity: You must submit Financial Statements copies(Balance Sheet and Income Statement), from the last fiscal year, audited by an audit firm, in order to verify availability of liquid assets, which must be at least 30% of the total amount of the offer. The information required to support the financial statements audited by an audit firm, such as: (i) a identity card copy(or RUC in Nicaragua) of the firm or audit firm; (ii) current CPA card copy that signs the financial statements, with proof of the signature that guarantees that the CPA is an official thereof; (iii) deed of incorporation copy of the audit firm or audit firm; and, (iv) commercial register copy of the auditing firm or audit firm, or its equivalent in accordance with the legislation of each country. (b) Experience and Technical Capacity: You must present a copy of a maximum of four (4) contracts or purchase orders or invoices evidencing the supply of similar goods according to the lots offered. These goods must have been supplied in the last five (5) years taking as a reference the date of the opening of offers. The sum of the aforementioned documents must correspond to at least 30% of the amount of the offer submitted per lot. A Preference Margin will not be awarded to eligible national Suppliers.
