Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the EBS and request an electronic copy of the bidding documents from the Program Executing Unit (PEU) on the submission of a written application to idb.projects@ebs.sr. The documents will thereafter be sent electronically. Clarifications to bidding documents may be requested to ultimately 21 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids
