Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date for submission of bids. (applicable to local firms only).
- National Insurance Board (NIB) Compliance Certificate issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act (applicable to local firms only).
- Bid Securing Declaration
The original tender and six (6) copies must be submitted in sealed envelope(s) clearly marked: “Tender for the Procurement of Medical Equipment and Consumables for Lung Cancer Clinic for the Ministry of Health, Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, IDB Loan # 3411/OC-TT”
