Description
Services are required for capacity expansion, improvement and/or construction of sewage system, potable water, storm drain, road improvement, and risk mitigation.
The qualification requirements include the financial, legal, and technical aspects, experience as a contractor in works of equal magnitude and complexity, availability of equipment, and staff with experience in similar constructions. A margin of preference will not be granted to national contractors or consortiums.
