The Office of Planning and Budget (hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Party") invites interested parties, companies and eligible consortia, legally constituted in national and international IDB member countries, to present their respective sealed proposals which demonstrate their legal, technical and financial suitability for the execution of the "Comprehensive Project of Sanitation, Rainwater Drainage and Road Services of Zone A, Ciudad del Plata".
