The scope of the study includes the following tasks:
- Review Jamaica Public Service Company Limited’s (JPS’) historical Capital and O&M costs for T&D projects;
- Construct a database of the major equipment and components of the transmission, distribution and supply infrastructure;
- Develop a comprehensive list of Unit Costs for both Construction and O&M equipment and components in the T&D infrastructure project database;
