The consulting services include the delivery of an updated Methodological Guide that allows to evaluate and formulate projects delivering the appropriate tools for this, achieving in this way to standardize, guide, facilitate and reduce the times in the survey, analysis, review and conclusions of a study. of pre-investment in hospital establishments of low, medium and high complexity, clearly defining each of the stages of the projects and the information modules that comprise it.
This consultancy will contemplate:
- Survey and systematization of available information;
- Preparation of the proposal to update the Methodology;
- Validation of references.
