A technological solution of electronic invoicing is required, which has been implemented in tax administrations of Latin America for fiscal control purposes, which incorporates functions of validation of electronic invoices.
The estimated value of the contract is FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED MILLION PESOS ($ 5,600,000,000,000) M / CTE, Equivalent to ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS USD $ 1,866,667, budget that includes all the taxes or charges with which the contract subscribed is severed, if that is the case.
