Description
The consulting services include the creation of a methodology for assessing the state of development of cities in the region in relation to Smart Cities, to identify their levels of maturity and the necessary measures to transform them into smarter cities prepared for the challenges related to rapid urban growth in a sustainable manner. In addition, the consultancy will apply this methodology in three selected cities.
