Fabiola Soler is an international business lawyer, admitted by the Costa Rica Bar Association since 2000. Her practice with internationally-ranked law firms in Costa Rica has focused on Corporate, Commercial, Employment, and Real Estate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Cross-Border Business Transactions and Agreements. Key transactions include the financing, negotiation and completion of CIMA in Guanacaste (hospital owned by International Hospital Corporation), Equifax purchase of Datum in Costa Rica, and Dwellworks purchase of C&B Relocation Services of Costa Rica. Previously, she opened operations and managed the Costa Rica back-office for a California based law firm. As of January 2013, she founded CR Global Law as a legal process outsourcing ("LPO") provider (currently the only LPO registered with the Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE, Central Gate). CR Global Law is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by WEConnect International.
