I have character of solidarity and helping others. I have experience in areas of business management and associations of social and humanitarian assistance, to contribute to preserve biodiversity and combating climate change. I have a strong passion for gastronomy, love of natural resources and biodiversity. I also have background in the field of design and art which serves me as a great source of inspiration and creativity. I personally think, concerning the Peruvian cuisine, the Peru must carry a major reform in terms of the efficient management of their natural resources, related value chains, production and final consumption; this reform would generate a major economic and social impact.
