Telly Paul

I'm Telly Paul founder of OctoTech, New Zealand, and I built Octo Tech from personal frustration. Living abroad, I found myself cut off — banking was a nightmare, staying in touch with family was unreliable, and business connections kept dropping, even emails disapared. The VPNs everyone recommends simply didn't work. So, I built OctoVVPN with obfuscation that actually gets through. We're early — no revenue yet, just a working product and a clear market. What I need now is partners on the ground: people with local networks who can reach users and turn a great product into a household name. I'm offering a real cut of the revenue. If you have the network, I have the product.
