The group consists of subsidiaries in Retail and trade, Freight Forwarding, Offshore Oil and gas, logistics services, and IT in Suriname and Guyana. My tools for supporting executives' growth include SLII, DiSC, Accountability Builder, Leadership Builder, and various online and face-to-face management simulation games. Throughout my career, I have conducted training programs and delivered keynotes over 50 times in more than 20 countries worldwide.
