I possess over 27 years of experience as a Director of Construction and Project Management in critical sectors such as infrastructure, mining, healthcare, water management, hydrocarbons, and both traditional and renewable energy. I have led organizational structures, governance models, and management systems in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation. THE DIVERSE TYPES OF PROJECTS I HAVE DIRECTED SPAN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Urban planning; earthworks; residential, industrial, and commercial developments; urban and interurban roadways; open-pit mining and quarrying; heavy transport; landfill treatment and closure; engineering and procurement for solid waste separation and processing plants; rehabilitation of military and commercial runways; medical centers and automated warehouses for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies; schools, correctional facilities, and security installations; dams; mold and panel manufacturing plants; power plants and substations; design of renewable and self-sustaining energy projects; as well as the rehabilitation, construction, urban planning, and maintenance of facilities within the hydrocarbons sector. I am Member No. 149 of IPMA-USA and have provided EPC consulting services for projects executed under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes, concessions, public tenders, and private developments. My experience encompasses projects executed in PANAMA, COLOMBIA, CURAÇAO, THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, PARAGUAY, JAMAICA, THE CARIBBEAN, AND VENEZUELA, where I have managed multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in highly demanding environments.
