I am an International Business Administration specialist and also hold a technical degree in Computing and Informatics. I conduct my activities based on a customer centric approach and the use of digital tools and platforms in order to generate value added propositions, improve productivity and detect potential business opportunities. I have worked in sales and customer service operations, both local and internationally within the hospitality, IT and agribusiness sectors, making use of digital channels (Amazon, Ebay, web platforms) as well as a face-to-face approach. In addition to my commercial activities, I also provide support in logistics and financial coordination issues. I can work on site or remotely, depending on the organization objectives and the customer needs.
