Keisha-Ann welcomes the opportunity to work on Issues in International Trade Regulation. Keisha has assisted with capacity building efforts both at home and aboard, and also advised on and provided analysis on a range of issues in the following areas:

Trade Remedies (Safeguards, Anti-dumping, Countervail); Subsidies; Agriculture; WTO Dispute Settlement; Regional Trade Agreements; Economics;Econometrics; Trade Policy Formulation and Analysis; Project Management; Competition Law and Policy, Services, Export Development, International Economic Relations, Dispute Settlement, International Law and Domestic Legal Systems, Logistics, Customs and Trade Facilitation.

In addition to being an Independent consultant, Keisha-Ann is also an experienced Trainer, and has had project management and project development expertise, having completed a number of successful bids, as well as assisting international partners with the preparation of submission of bids, and project execution both within Jamaica and internationally.
