I am a management engineer with a second degree in economics with over five years of experience in engineering consulting, currently working as a quality manager & business developer at Alternalab. My background has led me to work with leading companies such as Hitachi Rail and La Marzocco, developing skills in process industrialization, quality management and operational optimization. As Quality Manager in Alternalab Engineering Srl, I coordinate the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9100 certified systems ensuring high standards for clients in various sectors such as rail, Oil & Gas, aerospace and industrial. I have a strong continuous improvement orientation and use advanced design and simulation tools to deliver innovative customized solutions. Through my experience, I contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of projects, while also supporting Alternalab's internal growth and organization.
