Miguel Rosario

Miguel Rosario is the Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Guardian Threat Solutions (CGTS) LLC and is responsible for providing leadership, management, vision, and direction for the successful growth and delivery of CGTS Cyber Security Services. As CEO of CGTS, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of CGTS and for developing the strategies and policies required to ensure the organization will meet all goals. He aids in overseeing all contracts and projects to ensure quality service delivery and optimal execution and operations. He has over 20 years of experience in diverse Information Technology fields and was previously an Executive Director supporting the ManTech Chief Technology Officer and ManTech Chief Growth Officer (respectively) as a Cybersecurity expert. He was also a founding member of ManTech’s innovation powerhouse, ManTech Labs as well as ManTech’s Center for Complex Cyber Solutions (C3S). Miguel has over two decades of experience in diverse Information Technology fields including a decade in Cybersecurity supporting multiple USG partners including the Small Business Administration (SBA), NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), the US State Department as a Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), Network and Security Engineering Lead, and Insider Threat subject matter expert. Miguel also served as a Program Manager for the Security and Privacy Programs at the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
