Mr. Garma is an entrepreneur who founded Delaware in the year 2000, a CMMI-3 and a 40 MM USD IT consulting company with more than 800 employees around 13 countries. The company has recently raised an investment from both the IFC, International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) and AXIS Participaciones (Instituto de Crédito Oficial).
Mr. Garma has over 25 years of management experience within the IT Business Consulting, Software Development and Wireless Telecommunications. He has been involved with multicultural environments, working in different European, North and South American countries. He has extensive contacts in the global telecommunications industry as well as in the financial services and the public administrations in different countries.
Mr. Garma is a highly effective leader in diverse business environments including start-ups, early stage growth, and mature turn-around situations. He is process oriented, high performer under pressure and driven for results by building and developing solid teams who learn how to lead.
Mr. Garma is very active participant in several conferences and publications within the Inter American Development Bank and The World Bank.
