Juan Andrés Lagrange Delfino

A natural born leader with an excellent balance of tech and business expertise. Juan graduated from Caracas's Metropolitan University as a software engineer and was quickly recruited to work as a developer and project manager at Barcelona's PIC, creating graphic monitoring software that served scientific laboratories such as CERN. Complimenting his expertise of Ruby on rails, PHP and SQL, he's also developed strong business foundations by attending several leadership and negotiation courses in renowned universities such as Harvard Law school, ESADE and Charles III University of Madrid. In 2011, he founded Akdemia, a school management software company that was one of 10 companies chosen by accelerator program Wayra (wayra.org). And is now expanding to Peru, Chile and other countries in the region.
