My main expertise is on the Technology field, more specifically on complex Enterprise level Software Development projects and solutions. I was the President of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Costa Rican Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) from 2004 to 2006 and a big fan of Agile models, that we adopted since 2005. Tools, methodologies, standards, models, are very useful things when properly used, but at the end, projects become a matter of people dealing with people and it is there where the real challenge is.
