Its been now twenty years of pastry work. I been worked in countries as France, Monaco, Mexico and Netherlands. Specialized in french pastry, eight years in High education experience, developing pastry educational programs and research. I started my entrepreneur walk in 2008 creating the tropical fondant formula and founding Gelcor SA de CV in 2014 to trade the product named SUGARTEC. Sugartec is a sugar dough called fondant wich cover cakes yo get amazing decoration results but with the selling promise that non humidity or hot are going to damage the piece. Our Brand new product is the anti-humidity donut glaze.
