I am Ecuadorian Tourism professional with more than 30 years of experience in the Tourism Industry. My background includes positions as a Sales Manager, Incoming Tourism Manager, and Mice & Incentives Professional in Ecuador and Colombia. Passionate about Latin American Destinations, she wants to transmit to visitors the energy, diversity, and rhythm of locals. I am continuously working on creating experiences and visits that contribute to local communities. I Love to design Incentives with purpose and immersive Journeys that permit visitors to learn more about local heritage and traditions. My background includes experience in Commercial, Operational, and logistics areas, Public Relations, Customer Service, Project Development, and Market Research. Fluent in English and French, I have also basic knowledge of Italian. I am permanently preparing for Sustainability, design, and related tourism fields.
