Juan Ernesto Parra Collantes de Terán has an experience of 17 years in counseling and working with associations, institutional and multinational organizations in systemic analysis and critical thinking for business and economic development. For over 6 years, he has participated as a member in national councils such as the Higher Council for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Colombia and the Council of the National Network of Entrepreneurship. Mr. Parra is an Industrial Engineering and Systems and Computing Engineering at the University of Los Andes (Colombia), and expert in Organizational Critical and Systemic Thinking. He currently works as the Vice Presidency of Projects at The National Trade Federation of Colombia (FENALCO) and National Manager on the small business support program - FENALTIENDAS.
