My professional expertise spans the areas of product commercialization, project management, business management, operations management and international business management. As a certified project manager I have successfully managed projects leading the development of quality management systems (GMP, HACCP, and OSHA), business operating systems (Credit/Risk management, CRM system, Supply Chain Optimization) and capacity building in the areas of production, market penetration and strategic development. My work with companies such as Bio-Tech R&D Institute has led to successful development and commercialization of: * A suite of cosmeceuticals line (11 total) * Instant porridge made with yellow yam and sweet potato * Several nutraceuticals including herbal teas, dietary supplements and beverages leading to the expansion of the company’s product offering to capture new market segment thus increasing its competitiveness and revenues. My professional capacity I have managed a teams consisting of local and international contractors, laboratories, suppliers and stakeholder to effectively deliver products and services as per organizational mandate. I have also successfully facilitated and coordinates in-trade activities/company representation in Latin America, Canada and Caricom countries, while increasing market representation in USA and UK. Through the implementation of various strategies I was able to achieved the following 1. Increased product penetration for local & international target markets by 27.5% 2. Increased export sales by 35% 3. 40% reduction in production cost and improvement in production logistics across product lines. 4. Increased strategic linkages with both local and international business and government agencies.
