Founder & CEO of GLS Group., a Liberian company which recently signed a 25-year concession agreement with the Liberian Government to operate and modernize Air-cargo operations at the Roberts International Airport. GLS was set up by in late 2011 after I resigned my position as GM Commercial at Linetrale Petroleum Company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. During the five years at Linetrale, I was responsible for expanding the business operations into 3 West African countries (Liberia, Ghana & Cote d'Ivoire) and and as head of Business Development was a key member of the team that grew the company financial and operating performance from USD $67m turnover in 2007 to over USD $300M by 2010. GLS has grown rapidly since it started operations in 2012 and has over the past five years, built a strong brand recognition around efficient service delivery, customer-centrism, solution driven applications and is regarded as the most innovative operator in the logistics space in the Mano River region. In 2018, along with the senior management team at GLS set up an infrastructure focused investment registered in Mauritius. The vehicle is named GLS Offshore Holdings and it owns 60% of GLS Group Liberia and has set up GLS Management Services (Nigeria) and GLS East Africa (Uganda) Ltd.
