I love to create something out of nothing. First started with websites (when internet was just beginning with BBS and a phone modem), then with e-commerce (www.traetelo.com), but finally it was the Family Business the one that took my heart.

It's was not only the passion for chocolates that convince me to work full time on it, but also the sense of transition from generation to generation, that now comes to me to set the road for my children and granchildren in this amazing business. Chocolate and Cocoa!

My family started the business in Venezuela, a place famous for it's cacao. 20 years after we decided to diversify and set a new facility in Dominican Republic, a place with a lot of opportunities and a admirable Cacao industry.

Our goal is to create value to the amazing cocoa that is producing DR. To show the world that there can be World Class Chocolate made proudly in the same place where the cocoa grows.

My goal is to make Khao Caribe the best Chocolate Company in Dominican Republic, with a strong presence in the World.
