I Have 25 years career as a Consultant and Manager of Marketing and Sales in Multinational Companies such as SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, SINGER PRODUCTS GROUP INC and INTEGRAL. Equipment manufacturers and providers of services in the areas of: Electrical Distribution, Automation and Industrial Instrumentation and Business Process Outsourcing.
As Manager and Consultant I have led working groups in different areas on topics such as Management Information Systems (MAP - BSC), Strategic Planning Business, Strategic Planning Technology, Customer Satisfaction (CS), CRM, Business Process Management (BPM) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Process Reengineering, Six-Sigma, E-Business and Knowledge Management. Similarly to lead the Business Design, Definition and Implementation of Trade Policy Process and the management of associated projects.
I have been Manager of "Turnkey Projects" in the field of Information Systems, Systems Instrumentation, Automation and Control, including type SCADA systems. Commercial wide experience in the fields of: Advocacy, Technical Specification, Preparation of Bids (Tender) and as Project Manager in the supply, installation and commissioning of the solution offered.
I studied Systems and Computer Engineering at the University of the Andes and Industrial Marketing Specialist and Technology.
Currently I am a partner in the firm of consulting Astelo Consultoria Gerencial S.A. (Colombia - Guatemala)
